Terms and conditions for LSW.TOYS

  1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) of LSW.TOYS, hereinafter “Seller”, apply to all contracts that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter “Customer”) concludes with the Seller regarding the goods and/or services presented by the Seller in his online shop.

1.2 Differing conditions of the Customer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

  1. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The product descriptions contained in the Seller’s online shop do not constitute binding offers by the Seller but serve to submit a binding offer by the Customer.

2.2 The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the Seller’s online shop. After entering his personal data and by clicking the button concluding the ordering process, the Customer submits a legally binding contract offer in relation to the goods contained in the shopping cart.

  1. Prices and Payment Conditions

3.1 The prices stated by the Seller are final prices and include the local value-added tax. Any additional delivery and shipping costs that may apply are separately stated in the respective product description. The customer is responsible for any fees or taxes applicable in their own country.

3.2 The customer has various payment options available, which are specified in the Seller’s online shop.

  1. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

4.1 The delivery of goods takes place by shipping to the delivery address specified by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4.2 If the delivery of the goods fails due to the fault of the Customer despite three delivery attempts, the Seller may withdraw from the contract.

  1. Reservation of Title

5.1 The Seller reserves the right of ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

  1. Warranty for Defects

The statutory warranty for defects applies.

  1. Applicable Law

7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the laws on the international purchase of movable goods.
